Where is the signed contract stored?

The signed document is vaulted in the Volody AI CLM software repository and simultaneously pushed back to the specific "Worker Profile" in Workday, ensuring HR has immediate access in both systems.

How do you handle different legal requirements for different countries?

We use "Smart Templates." Based on the "Country" or "Location" field in Workday, the contract lifecycle management software automatically inserts the correct local labor law clauses and data protection terms.
